Moon Do Bang

Korean ceramicist, Byung Sik Moon admitted he didn’t have the right appreciation for traditional Korean pottery during his early years working with the craft. There was a clear turning point in his career as Moon recognized the quality and cultural value of traditional Korean pottery that was not present in his own work. He soon discovered old books about traditional Korean potters and they would become great resources for him.

Today, Moon takes after the earlier potters in focusing on making neat and clean porcelain pots; striving to perfect his skills as a potter.
