Scheduled In-store Pickup

Free in-store or contactless curbside pickup is available for customers who would prefer to retrieve their order from our Kitsilano location. Upon checkout, select the Local Pickup option and complete your purchase. Our team will prep your order within 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with our appointment link. Please note: to qualify for Local Pickup, the address you use to order must be within Vancouver, BC boundaries.

*Please ensure to book an appointment first before arriving at our store. You will receive a separate confirmation for the appointment.

*Please provide us with 1–3 business days to prep your order for pickup.

We regret that we cannot ship to countries outside of Canada and the USA via the website at this time. If you’d like to discuss a special order, please contact us directly.

Returns/Exchange Policy

In-store Orders
Eligible items purchased in-store may be returned, exchanged or brought back for store credit within 14 days of purchase. The item you wish to bring back must be in original condition with attached tags and original packaging. Consumable items (such as candles, fragrances, soap, and room spray) and printed matter (such as books and magazines) are not eligible for refund and considered final sale.

Online Orders
You may return your regular priced item for a refund, exchange, or store credit by sending it back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, as noted in the tracking details. Consumable items (such as candles, fragrances, soap, and room spray) and printed matter (such as books and magazines) are not eligible for refund and considered final sale. The item we receive must be in original condition with attached tags and original packaging. If the item we receive does not meet these specifications, it will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased.

To start your return, please contact us directly at info@sortdays.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, exchange, or receive store credit for. Further instructions will be provided at that point.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days by contacting us directly at info@sortdays.com. Be sure to include a photo of the damage/defect and a detailed description in your damage claim. We will assess the issue and move forward accordingly, depending on the situation.

Currency/Taxes and Duties

All prices are listed as and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are ordering from the United States, please calculate your conversion carefully before placing an order to avoid any surprises on your statement.

Listed prices exclude any duties, taxes or shipping costs unless specified. Canadian orders are subject to full sales taxes, depending on your province.

Additional Notes

We currently do not offer price adjustments or price matching—please make your purchase carefully. Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Inventory is subject to change—if an item you purchased is no longer available, you will be informed immediately and offered a refund or postponed shipment date.
