Eligible items purchased in-store may be returned, exchanged or brought back for store credit within 14 days of purchase. The item you wish to bring back must be in original condition with attached tags and original packaging. Consumable items (such as candles, fragrances, soap, and room spray) and printed matter (such as books and magazines) are not eligible for refund and considered final sale.
You may return your regular priced item for a refund, exchange, or store credit by sending it back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, as noted in the tracking details. The item we receive must be in original condition with attached tags and original packaging. If the item we receive does not meet these specifications, it will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased.
To start your return, please contact us directly at email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, exchange, or receive store credit for. Further instructions will be provided at that point.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a photo of the damage/defect and a detailed description in your damage claim. We will assess the issue and move forward accordingly, depending on the situation.
Taxes and Duties
Listed prices exclude any duties, taxes or shipping costs unless specified. Canadian orders are subject to full sales taxes, depending on your province.
We currently do not offer price adjustments or price matching—please make your purchase carefully. Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Inventory is subject to change—if an item you purchased is no longer available, you will be informed immediately and offered a refund or postponed shipment date.
