A big thank you to those who came to visit the Wanderout pop up at SORT!
Wanderout is a project created from the concept of “Harmony with Nature,” where people and nature coexist through the rich experience of spending time in the outdoors. Inspired by his own camping experiences and reflections on the beauty of nature, creative director of wanderout, Hiroshi Oppata, pairs beautifully designed wanderout original products with carefully selected outdoor gear from around the world.

To celebrate the collaboration between SORT and Wanderout, we hosted our first ever Evening Talk event at our store. Together with Hiroshi Oppata, we talked about themes of nature, design, and some of the inspirations behind the beautifully designed Wanderout products. Hiroshi's profound connection to nature and how he integrates it into wanderout deeply inspires us. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported our talks and events, both online and in-store.

wanderout + SORT Camping Trip
After numerous online meeting calls, we've always dreamed of talking around a campfire. During Hiroshi's visit, we finally got an opportunity to spend time camping together. Gathered around a slow burning fire, we shared our memories between Japan and Canada, beautiful places we've yet to visit, and talked about all the well designed objects that inspire us.
