Craft Design Technology Brush Sign Pen — Individual

Pentel introduced the Sign Pen in 1963 — the first pen to pair a felt tip with water-based ink — and it went on to fly on two NASA missions in 1966, tucked into an astronaut's suit pocket. Craft Design Technology's version keeps Pentel's original tip and ink, wrapped in CDT's own barrel colour, Byakuroku, a pale whitish-green named for a traditional Japanese pigment.

The flexible fibre tip gives every stroke some natural variation, thick and thin depending on pressure, and the water-based ink flows smooth without bleeding through most paper.
