Ito Bindery Drawing Pad - Gray

Ito Bindery started out as a bookbinding facility in Tokyo, back in 1938, and shifted toward paper goods like this one as demand for bound books declined with the rise of e-books.

This drawing pad comes in Gray, in two sizes — A4 and A5 — with 70 sheets of paper suited to pencil, ink, or light marker work. It won Japan's Good Design Award in 2010, one of the reasons it's held up as a reliable, everyday sketch and note pad.
