NOMURA Towel weaves in Imabari, Japan's towel-making region for over 120 years. Towels with the Imabari mark pass a stricter absorbency test than Japan's standard, sinking in water within five seconds instead of sixty.

Kumogokochi means "cloud-like comfort," and that's the idea here. Woven from long-staple organic cotton with barely any twist in the yarn, it has an almost silk-like feel and holds onto moisture well. It gets softer, not less absorbent, with every wash.
