NT-Cutter A-300GR Aluminium Snap Blade Cutter

NT Cutter patented the world's first snap-off blade cutter back in 1959, and it's stayed one of the steadiest names in our tool bin — we currently stock four of their cutters and refill blades, from the boxy original A-300 to this lighter aluminium version.

The A-300GR keeps the A-300's ambidextrous auto-lock slider and built-in blade snapper, but swaps the body for die-cast aluminium — lighter in the hand for long stretches of cutting. At 43 grams, it takes standard NT-Cutter BA-160 refill blades, so you're not starting from scratch once the edge dulls. We reach for ours for everything from packing tape to architectural models — a dependable one to keep in a drawer.
