Hasami Porcelain Mug Cup 13oz (Natural)

We started carrying Hasami Porcelain after someone on our team brought their own set into the studio. When the bigger 13oz mug came along, it quickly became the one people reach for on slower mornings.

This is the 13oz version of the mug from Hasami Porcelain's original collection, designed by Takuhiro Shinomoto in Nagasaki, Japan, and a winner of Japan's 2015 Good Design Award. It's made from the same stone and clay blend as the rest of the line, finished in Natural, where that texture is at its most obvious, a little rough and close to the raw material. The squared handle carries over from the smaller mug, just scaled up, and it stacks with the matching coaster/plate. Dishwasher and microwave safe, so it holds up to everyday use.
