USA Bound Shipments

Please note that as of August 28, 2025, an executive order signed by the U.S. President has eliminated the de minimis shipment exception. This policy previously allowed goods under $800 USD to enter duty-free, which covered the majority of our U.S. orders.
As a result, U.S. customers are now responsible for all import-related costs, including taxes, duties, brokerage, and handling fees. These fees are not included at checkout and may be collected upon delivery.

Holiday Cut-Off Dates

We recommend placing your order ASAP, as deliveries may take longer than usual during the COVID-19 pandemic. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed! Place any orders you intend to gift by the following dates to allow for ample shipping and processing time:

  • USA: December 1st
  • Canada: December 8th
  • Vancouver Local Pick-up: December 15th*

*Pick-up orders placed on this date will have the opportunity to schedule appointments for select dates ranging from Thurs, Dec 17th to Sat, Dec 19th, if slots are available. Please contact us directly if you’re unable to book for these dates.

 

Closure Notice

SORT operations will shut down for the Christmas holiday from December 20, 2020 to January 1st, 2021.

Any orders placed after December 19th, 2020 will be fulfilled in the new year.
