The book is organised around primitive models and their production prototypes. Documenting everyday objects from smart phones to kitchen tools, scenography to interior architecture and a plethora of furniture. Edited by design critic John Kazior with contributions from Amy Auscherman, the archivist and editor for Herman Miller and Phaidon’s "Ways of Living".
