Yoshita Handi-Design Studio Racco Slim Spoon
The slim spoon reads narrow at first glance — just 22mm wide — but the bowl end is shaped to hold and scoop more than its silhouette suggests. It was designed around a specific problem: reaching into narrow or deep containers, like spice jars, dressing bottles, or any vessel where a wider spoon would leave things behind. It also works naturally as a dessert spoon for tall glasses or parfaits, where reach matters as much as capacity.
Made from 18-8 stainless steel in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, a region with a long history in metal forming. Yoshita Handi-Design Studio was founded in 2011 by Moritaka Yoshita, who spent years working alongside designer Sori Yanagi. The cutlery line received the Good Design Award Best 100 in 2022.
