Tsuyoko Glass started with an idea from a nursery school teacher and nutrition educator: kids should get to handle the real thing early on, not a plastic stand-in. Working with Ishizuka Glass, she helped shape a tumbler built specifically for small hands.

This 185ml glass tumbler is finished with ION-PRO-TECT, an ion-strengthening treatment applied across the entire surface that makes it far more resistant to chips, drops, and dishwasher wear than standard glassware. The rounded, slightly tapered shape sits easily in a child's grip, and the reinforced rim holds up to daily use at the table. Made in Japan from ion-toughened glass, it's sized right for water, milk, or juice. Our team likes that it lets kids build real habits around care and handling — without the fragility worries.
