The MT upcycle Masking Tape from Kamoi Kakoshi starts with discarded coffee filter scraps — production waste from filter manufacturing — and turns them into something worth keeping. Each pack includes two rolls, 15mm wide and 7m long each, paired in complementary colourways.

The colours are slightly matte, with the kind of quiet tones that come from unbleached recycled fiber rather than added dye. They work well for labeling, journaling, wrapping, or wherever you reach for washi tape. 70% recycled paper throughout. Winner of the Stationery Shop Award 2025 for best masking tape.
