From Japan’s number one tea-producing region, Shizuoka–Motoyama, comes a rich and refined flavor. Tea leaves are cultivated under shade to block direct sunlight, then carefully processed into tencha at our own factory. Like their kuradashi-cha, the leaves are aged until autumn before being finely ground into matcha.
