Craft Design Technology Frixion Ball 3 Multi-Pen

Pilot invented FriXion — thermosensitive gel ink that turns clear when friction heat is applied, so you can erase it cleanly with the built-in eraser and no crumbs left behind. It's often called the world's first retractable, erasable gel pen, and this three-colour version is built by Pilot for Craft Design Technology.

Click between black, red, and blue 0.5mm ink, all in a barrel stamped with CDT's Sanada-himo pattern — a graphic take on the braided rope stitching once used to bind sword scabbards and kimono sashes in the Edo period, and still used today on boxes for tea ceremony equipment. Refills come in a 3-colour set or single black.
