Pentel P200 Series Mechanical Pencil
Pentel introduced the P200 series in 1970, and it's stayed one of the standard mechanical pencils for drafting and everyday writing ever since — the kind of pencil you'll find on a drafter's desk as easily as a student's pencil case.
It has a tough plastic barrel with a ribbed grip and a removable metal pocket clip, plus a fixed 4mm lead sleeve built for steady, precise lines. Each pencil comes with Hi-Polymer HB lead and a replaceable eraser under the cap. We carry it across three widths, colour-coded the way Pentel's always done it: P205 for 0.5mm, P207 for 0.7mm, and P209 for 0.9mm.

Since 1946, Pentel has developed new, world-class products and has produced some of the world's favourite writing instruments. Pentel is the only writing instrument company to have been awarded the Deming Prize. Some of these industry-leading products have been in production for over 45 years, and remain in demand. It was originally established as "Japan Stationery Company Limited" in Tokyo by the late former chairman Yukio Horie.
