Ito Bindery Memo Block

Ito Bindery has been making paper goods in Tokyo since 1938, working the same bookbinding techniques into memo pads and drawing pads instead of full books.

Each memo block holds 350 tear-off sheets set on a base cut from recycled paperboard, with clean, straight edges. The paper is smooth enough to sketch on as easily as you'd take notes. It won Japan's Good Design Award in 2010, the same year as the matching drawing pad.
